Which 360 assessment is best for my coaching project or training program?
We provide a number of different validated 360 assessments built on job-specific competency models (e.g., Executive View 360, Sales View 360). We also provide a specific 360 for enhancing emotional intelligence (Emotional Intelligence View 360) as well as 360s for Inclusive Leadership and Trust.
What does the 360 assessment measure?
Our 360 feedback assessments measure job-related competencies or skills that can be changed by coaching and training interventions.
How many people have taken your 360 assessment?
Our 360 feedback assessments have been used extensively within the United Kingdom, Europe, North & South America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific through working with organizations directly as well as through our international partners and consultants. Specific norms and numbers vary by 360 product. Please contact our team for additional information.
Is your 360 assessment reliable and valid?
Each of our 360 assessments has shown strong psychometric properties (scale reliability) and association with relevant job performance outcomes in both published studies and unpublished theses and dissertations.
Do you have any research to support your 360 assessment?

Can we create our own 360 using our own competencies?
Yes. We offer a full online administration, scoring and reporting engine and can create a custom 360 assessment using any competency model, questions, and response scale. We have a question item library with over 1,000 items allowing you to pick and choose, or you can adapt one of our standard tools to fit your exact needs. Learn more about custom assessments.

Process

How many rater categories can you have? Can you customize the labels?
Our online administration system allows up to ten separate rater categories and we allow complete customizeation of these rater labels at no additional charge.
Can we place our logo on the cover page or questionnaire?
Yes, just send us the logo you want to use and we can place it on both the online questionnaire and feedback report cover at no additional cost.
Can the invitation and reminder text be customized?
We allow complete customizeation of the email text that goes out to both participants and raters to ensure a smooth 360 feedback administration process.
Do you have open-ended questions in the questionnaire?
For each of our 360 assessments, we provide two open-ended questions that gather information about the participant's signature strengths and potential development areas. For customized 360 projects you can add any number of open-ended questions.
Can respondents save progress and come back later?
Yes. If a participant or rater cannot complete the questionnaire in one sitting, our system automatically saves their responses and picks up where they left off next time they log in.
How do you ensure that rater input is confidential?
No raters are identified individually. We use anonymity protection to ensure that all raters are combined with others to maximize anonymity.
What report options are available?
We have a variety of report options. For off-the-shelf tools, we can add your branding and colours. For customized 360s, we have standard reporting options including Johari Window, spider/radar charts, bar graphs, tables, and more. We can also create fully bespoke reporting formats.
Can you generate group or composite reports?
Yes. We offer team and composite feedback reports that summarize overall trends from the 360 process, serving as a useful needs assessment for your group. Learn more about group feedback insights.

Training & Support

Do you have customer service support?

Do you provide individual coaching and debrief sessions?
Yes. Our experienced coaches provide individual 360 degree feedback debrief sessions and coaching for interpretation of the report and translating awareness into behavior change. Do you provide facilitator training workshops?
We offer half-day and full-day "Best Practices" workshops in the proper use of 360 feedback interventions for coaching and training programs. Learn more about facilitator training.

Yes. Our licensed organizational psychologists are available to speak to directly about our products, research, and best practices.
Do you support research using your 360 assessments?
