The client manager has access to a Client Dashboard with real-time reporting including:
- Summary reports on goal progress on a group level (across the organization or on a project/cohort level)
- Overview of participant goals to support training needs analysis
- Completion rates, aggregate trends, and organization-wide behavior change metrics
