Overcoming Resistance
Challenging resistance or discounting of the data if it occurs, helping participants embrace feedback constructively.
Development Planning
Creating a Personal Development Plan, which the participant will then expand upon throughout and beyond the session.
Extended Coaching & Action Planning
Feedback sessions can be delivered virtually and are typically 1-hour. Our coaching platform allows participants to select their coach and an available time slot that suits them. As an option, we can also provide additional coaching sessions to support action planning.
