We have made a significant investment in our IT infrastructure because we know what an absolute priority it is for clients' data to be safe and always available. Our dedicated servers are located in a Tier 3 Data Centre in London, with multiple servers providing protection against hardware or software failure.

We undergo regular penetration tests and have always been able to satisfy the needs of organizations across a wide range of sectors, from financial services to government. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioners' Office and comply fully with UK and EU data protection legislation (GDPR).

We are proud to have implemented the rigorous set of physical, logical, process, and management controls defined by ISO 27001 — one of the best security benchmarks available. We are externally audited annually by Alcumus ISOQAR, a UKAS accredited auditor.

Data security, availability and integrity are core to our service offering. Our security systems have been formally audited and certified, and we have held ISO 27001 accreditation since August 2010.
