The Three Phases

Enlighten → Encourage → Enable

01 — Enlighten

Enhanced awareness and prioritised focus. “What are my signature strengths and potential development areas?”

Duration: 2–4 weeks

02 — Encourage

Ownership, change readiness and commitment towards a behavior change plan. “What one specific goal will I commit to for the next 90 days?”

Duration: 1–2 hours

03 — Enable

Sustained and reinforced focus on behavior change with measurable results. “How do I turn my goal into a habit that sticks?”

Duration: 90 days–12 months

Phase 1

Enlighten

Create self-awareness that provides clarity around signature strengths and potential development areas rather than overwhelms.

  • Individual assessment using best-in-class 360 tools or customised to your leadership framework
  • Data anonymised and analysed
  • Participant receives their individual report with clear, actionable insights
Guided goal setting and practice planning
Phase 2

Encourage

Turn insight into a committed goal and implementation intentions. Facilitated via a 60–90 minute structured debrief with a trained facilitator, combined with the Talent Accelerator platform's guided goal and practice plan setting process.

During the debrief, the facilitator works with the participant to answer:

  • Where did and didn't your own self-perception and your raters' perception align?
  • What one specific behavior-based goal could enhance your future development?
  • How can you break it down into manageable chunks with opportunities to practice?
  • Who will you tell, and how will they hold you accountable?
Phase 3

Enable — Where Intention Transforms Into Habit

Utilising the Talent Accelerator platform, every leader has access to the tools and support they need to sustain change.

Goal Intention & Practice Plan

The exact commitment made in the debrief, with chosen practices. Shared with selected accountability colleagues.

Nudges & Progress Pulses

Personalised emails at 30, 60, 90 days prompting reflection with a self-evaluation pulse and habit change tips.

Goal Feedback from Colleagues

Colleagues rate observed change (1–5 scale + comments). Takes less than 60 seconds.
