Why We Use Human Coaches

A 2026 randomized controlled trial (De Haan, Terblanche & Nowack, N=114 senior leaders) found that AI coaching performed no better than doing nothing. Human coaching produced meaningful change. That's why the Encourage phase — the coached debrief where commitment happens — will always involve a real person.
