What else do you need to know?

How long does the full onboarding take?

Most partners are live within 6-12 weeks, depending on complexity. Simple implementations using our existing assessments are faster; custom competency models and multilingual rollouts take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline in our first conversation.

What if I already have my own competency model?

Perfect. We'll configure it exactly as designed. If it's proprietary, it stays proprietary—your IP is protected in our agreement.

Can I use one of your existing assessments?

Absolutely. We have 10+ validated leadership assessments you can white-label immediately. Many partners start here and add custom assessments later.

What kind of training do you provide?

Live training for your team plus recorded sessions. We also provide admin documentation and participant guides you can customize with your branding.

How does pricing work?

Typically a one-time customization fee plus per-participant licensing. We'll recommend what makes sense for your volume and program mix during our discovery conversation.

What happens if something goes wrong during a program?

We have dedicated support channels and SLAs. Critical issues get immediate attention. In 30 years, we've learned how to prevent problems and fix them fast when they occur.
